The REYO Centre’s Employability Hub aims to support workplaces in Ghana through awareness, training and support to staff who are autistic, neurodiverse or with mental health issues.

Organisation could contact the REYO Centre to book for talks or workshops to create awareness and understanding of various needs.

Employers can then ensure that reasonable adjustments are put in place to support staff with additional needs and enable them do their work effectively.

Organisations could purchase resources that can be used by staff to enable them perfom their work.
